Step 1: Pull out the mattress and place it where you need.

Step 2: Tear the first protective film off by hand and push it forward.

Step 3: Carefully cut the second protective film with Inofia opener.

Step 4: Let it expand for up to 72 hours then sleep on it.

A mattress in a box refers to a mattress that has been compressed, rolled, and packaged in a convenient box for easy delivery and setup. When you receive your Inofia mattress, simply remove it from the packaging, place it on your bed frame or floor, and allow it to expand.

While hybrid mattresses can typically be slept on shortly after setup, it may take up to 72 hours for them to fully expand and achieve their optimal shape and firmness.

Once you place your order, we will ship your mattress from warehouse in 1- 2 business days. The delivery usually takes 2-5 business days, depending on where you live. You will receive a shipment email once your order ships.

We cut out all unnecessary things (including showrooms and salesmen) to deliver a quality mattress directly to you, at a more affordable price.

It’s been widely reported that trying a mattress for a few minutes in showrooms isn’t effective for consumers. It’s worse when you have to try dozens of mattresses at one go! Ultimately, the best way to know if a mattress suits you is by being able to sleep on it, at home.

That’s why we offer a 101-night home trial for all our products so you can try them in the most natural way possible— at home! Let your body decide whether our mattresses are the right fit for you.

Like starting a new gym routine or wearing a new pair of shoes, it may take time for your body to fully adjust to the proper support you'll get from a new mattress. So we recommend trying Inofia for at least 4 weeks before sending it back. If you are not satisfied, email service@inofiasleep.com before your 101th night and we’ll help you start the return and refund process.

Inofia offers a 10-year limited warranty so that you can be confident of our mattress and have time to see if it's right for you. Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects: sagging, dips, waves, bumps, and decompression issues. Care instruction: Please rotate your Inofia mattress from head to end every 2-3 months to extend its lifespan and add a mattress protector or cover to keep it clean.
