What certifications do the Inofia mattresses have?

Inofia's mattresses are CertiPUR-US certified, meaning all our foams meet the following health and environmental standards:

Does inofia mattress have fiberglass?

You can rest assured knowing that your Inofia mattresses don't contain fiberglass. Inofia takes customer safety and comfort seriously, and our mattresses are designed with high-quality materials that comply with safety standards. 

How do I set up my mattress?

Step 1: Pull out the mattress and place it where you need.

Step 2: Tear the first protective film off by hand and push it forward.

Step 3: Carefully cut the second protective film with Inofia opener.

Step 4: Let it expand for up to 72 hours then sleep on it.

Note: Be cautious and keep enough distance when opening the mattress from the plastic, as it may smack people.

What type of bed frame or base should I use?

Inofia Mattress fits all frames, box springs, wood foundation, etc. even on the floor directly.

I feel back-pain. How will the Inofia mattresses work for me?

Inofia's hybrid mattress has a certain amount of spring while also conforming to the body for targeted pressure relief. Medium firm offers optimal support for back, side, and stomach sleepers. This level of firmness is designed to evenly distribute your weight and align your spine, reducing the risk of back pain and promoting a restful night's sleep.

Can I try the Inofia mattresses first before purchasing?

We’re sorry that Inofia doesn’t have a store in the USA now, but we offer a 101-night risk-free trial for our customers. Return your mattress and get a refund if you don’t like it during 101 days.

Does inofia mattress have fiberglass?Do you offer a warranty on the Inofia mattresses?

Inofia offers a 10-year limited warranty so that you can be confident of our mattress and have time to see if it's right for you. We always do our best to make our customers satisfied with the purchase, if you have any questions, feel free to email service@inofia.com - we are happy to help. We recommend rotating your mattress from end to end every 2-3 months to extend its lifespan.

What if I need to cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please email service@inofia.com ASAP! We’ll help you to cancel it if your package isn’t shipped out.

Will my new Inofia mattress be delivered in a box?

Yes! Inofia double mattress is shipped rolled, compressed, vacuum-sealed in an easy-to-handle box. Note: Be cautious and keep enough distance when opening the mattress from the plastic, as it may smack people.

How long can I receive my mattress?

Mattress deliveries typically take 3-10 business days once the order has been processed.

What is the return process?

Our friendly support team will walk you through every step of your return and answer any questions you might have. Please email us at service@inofia.com

How does the 101 night risk-free trial works?

Like starting a new gym routine or wearing a new pair of shoes, it may take time for your body to fully adjust to the proper support you'll get from a new mattress. So we recommend trying Inofia for at least 4 weeks before sending it back. If you are not satisfied, email service@inofia.com before your 101th night and we’ll help you start the return and refund process.

My product arrived defective or damaged. what should i do?

We're so sorry to hear that your product arrived in less than perfect condition! We're here to help resolve the issue right away. To start a product quality claim, reach out to our Customer Experience team at service@inofia.com.

A Quality Assurance agent will ask for your order information as well as the detailed issue you're experiencing with your product. To speed up your claim, please prepare a few photos of the issue!
