How does the 100 night risk-free trial works?

Like starting a new gym routine or wearing a new pair of shoes, it may take time for your body to fully adjust to the proper support you'll get from a new mattress. So we recommend trying Inofia at least 4 weeks before sending it back. If you are not satisfied, call before your 100th night and we’ll arrange a pick-up, FREE! 

How long does it take to receive my mattress after I order it?

Mattress deliveries typically take 3-10 business days once the order has been processed.

My product arrived defective or damaged. what should i do?

We're so sorry to hear that your product arrived in less than perfect condition! We're here to help resolve the issue right away. To start a product quality claim, reach out to our Customer Experience team at service@inofia.com.

A Quality Assurance agent will ask for your order information as well as the detailed issue you're experiencing with your product. To speed up your claim, please prepare a few photos of the issue!
