>> How does the trial sleep phase work?

It's simple. You can test the Inofia mattress for 101 days to decide whether or not you are satisfied with our product. If you realize that Inofia is not the right mattress for you, simply contact our customer service team (service@inofia.com). We will give you a refund for 100% of the purchase price. However, it takes time to get used to a mattress, and it couldn't tell if the mattress suits you in short time, so we recommend trying Inofia at least 4 weeks before sending it back.

>> Shouldn't I test a mattress first in person before purchasing?

Sorry, there is no local store at present, however, please kindly do not worry about this kind of stress-free mattress shopping. You will receive an over 18kg package at door after just one click. Although you couldn’t try it in person before purchasing, you have 101 nights trial to try Inofia after purchase, if you do not like it, you can email us and start the refund process.

>> When does the sleep trial start?

It starts on the day of delivery. From the day you receive your Inofia mattress on you can test it risk-free for 101 days.

Since the mattress needs rebound time, it is recommended to leave it for 48 hours after opening before starting your sleep journey.

>> Does the mattress have to stay in its plastic wrap during the trial?

No, it doesn't. We want you to have the best sleep possible and that should not include sleeping on noisy plastic. The Inofia mattress is vacuum sealed in plastic and roll packed for delivery to your home. Upon receiving your new Inofia mattress, carefully remove the plastic wrap using our handy cutting tool included in your Welcome-package. A guideline for how to properly unwrap your Inofia is provided in your package as well. Within a few minutes, your mattress will magically self-inflate and will be ready for you to sleep on.

>> How can I return my Inofia mattress within the trial time?
