1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We offer free standard delivery service for most parts of the UK(Delivery excludes: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Highlands and Islands). We do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports and Jurong Island. 

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

Local Delivery

There are 2 delivery options available for customer, Standard  Delivery and Express Delivery.

✔  Standard Delivery – Get it delivered within approximately 5 working days from the date of order.

✔  Express Delivery – Get it delivered within approximately 3 working days from the date of order .

Tracking Order

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. If you would like to know the delivery status, Please kindly check it on “TRACK ORDER” on our official website with tracking number,
